Rumah untuk berlindung daripada panas dan hujan..

Kaki ntuk menyepak..
Tangan dan kaki untuk "gocoh"
"gocoh" tu bahasa kelate.. maknanya bergaduh
apa-apapun banyak yang diorang tulis..

Salam Awal Muharam dan Salam Maal Hijrah
Alhamdulillah... Sekali lagi kita dapat menyambut awal muharram, iaitu tahun baru bagi seorang muslim..
Sempena dengan tahun baru ini, kita sedia maklum buku catatan amalan tahun lalu telah ditutup dan buku catatan baru telah dibuka dan sudah ditulis sejak maghrib semalam lagi...
Marilah kita sama-sama mencoretkan buku catatan amalan kita dengan perkara-perkara yang positif agar
kita satu hari nanti ditempatkan bersama golongan orang-orang yang soleh di akhirat kelak..
Muharam ini sebenarnya ada kisah yang tersendiri. Muharam merupakan bulan penting kepada seseorang muslim agar kita sentiasa meningkatkan amaln kita agar kita menjadi ummah yang terbilang

Qualities of A leader -Muet Preparation-
There are a number of different qualities that a leader must possess, but broadly, they can be classified into these 10 categories. Possessing these traits will make an individual a good leader, and these leadership qualities should be present in a leader naturally.
Motivational Skills
This is possibly the most important characteristic out of all the qualities of a leader. The primary goal of a leader is to motivate his followers to achieve their results, and fulfill their goals. Teamwork
Leader always leads teams, or groups of individuals. So, he has to have the ability to inculcate good team spirit within the members of a team. If a person is doing a job that he is not suited to do, the leader must shift him somewhere where he will be better suited.
Take Responsibility
A leader must know that he is responsible for the team's achievements. If the team fails in a certain endeavor, he must have the courage of taking responsibility for that, and should then take steps to remedy it. He must not blame his team members unnecessarily if they have failed. This is the only way that the members of a team can come to trust a leader.
Honesty
There are some more qualities of a leader that are more personal in nature and take the leaders characteristics into consideration. If any team member is experiencing some problems, or has any complaints, that person should feel free to approach the leader and talk about it. Consistency
This is one of the qualities of a leader that is often overlooked by many. A leader who constantly changes his or her tune will confuse the team members and this will lower their productivity. This ensures that a level of professionalism is maintained, and that no one starts taking it easy at any point in time. It's easy to get carried away with a position of power, so the best leaders are those who use their power for the betterment of everyone, not abuse their power for their own personal betterment.

DuGaan KehiduPan...
Dalam menempuhi onak duri dan ranjau kehidupan..
kita sering sahaja berhadapan dengan masalah..
tiada siapapun yang tidak ditimpa masalah..
malah kita juga sering berhadapan dengan jalan buntu..
seolah-olah dunia ini hampir kiamat..
Kita dihimpit ke hujung dinding hingga tiada ruang
untuk kita bernafas..
Kita diasak ke hujung jalan hingga tiada ruang merangkak
dan menapak walau selangkah..
Tapi ingatlah hidup kita belum berakhir..
Kerana penamat kita hanya satu..
iaitu ketika malaikat maut datang menghampiri..
memisahkan nyawa dari jasad..
namun itupun bukan penamat terakhir..
kerana ada kehidupan yang kekal abadi di sana..
Sahabatku..
seringkali penghujung jalan yang dianggap penamat
boleh membawa kepada jalan baru yang lebih luas..

Kusangkakan panas hingga ke petang kiranya hujan di tengah hari.. waduh waduh
Post kali ini mungkin bernada melankolik dan keinsafan sedikit..
Satu perkara yang ingin aku kongsi bersama para sahabat sekalian..
Baru-baru ini, aku telah mendapat sesuatu yang aku sangat sukai
dan benda tersebut merupakan apa yang aku hajati..
Namun.. di sebalik kemanisan dan kegembiraan yang dirasai..
tersirat seribu perit dan pedih yang melanda..
kusingkirkan lara ini..
namun ia tetap hadir mengganggu jiwa ini..
Setelah aku berusaha menghadapi situasi ini..
Usahkan kejayaan tetapi kegagalan yang datang bertubi..
Ku lari jauh tak sanggup bergelut dengannya..
Namun hampa belaka..
Akhirnya, aku menerima situasi ini dengan hati terbuka..
Ku bersyukur
Ku reda dengan ketentuanNYA..
Kerana aku mengerti di sebalik air yang jernih pasti ada buaya yang menunggu mangsa
disebalik kehebatan sesuatu pasti ada cacat celanya jua..
disebalik senyuman yang terukir pasti ada duka yang kadang kala menghimpit jiwa..
Oleh itu, janganlah sesekali menganggap sesuatu yang baik untuk kita akan sentiasa baik..
kerana yang baik itu mungkin akan memberi musibah pada kita kelak
Dan jangan pula menganggap yang perkara yang tidak baik akan kekal tidak baik
kerana mungkin suatu hari nanti yang tidak baik itu mampu memberi seribu tawa buat kita
Ingatlah sesuatu yang berlaku diatur oleh ALLAH Yang Maha Berkuasa
Hadapilah dengan iman..
Kerana imanlah menentukan kejayaan dalam sesuatu tindakan..Wassalam..
